Junior Shipping Clerk – Customer Service - Operations

Evergreen Marine (UK) Ltd is currently recruiting for Shipping Clerk in our Business Department. Role
Your overall objective is to supply shipping services to Ireland importers and exporters. Providing high quality customer service and means of transport necessary for the efficient transportation of cargo.
Duties may include some of the following:
- Customer liaison
- Import and export documentation arrangement
- Vessel pre-loading and discharging arrangement
- Customs clearance and inland haulage arrangements
- Processing invoices and payment
- Key accounts management
- Making customer bookings
- Shipping documentation

- Interest in Shipping
Requirements
- Minimum 2 year’s administration experience
- Interest in the shipping company
- Must have legal rights to work within Ireland, without sponsorship.
