Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to real estate lawyer
- Assist in the preparation of real estate documents, such as contracts, leases, and agreements
- Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Organize and maintain files and records related to real estate transactions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the real estate industry
- Knowledge of real estate law and regulations is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
