We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving customer complaints. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask, and have a positive attitude. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, so we are looking for someone who is organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain customer records and accounts.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer service issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services.
