JOB SUMMARY
1. Responsible in sourcing and seeking prospective tenants. Attends to inquiries of applicants for concession and conducts initial information gathering.
2. Execute leasing processes and procedures. Ensures that new concessionaires comply with all the requirements prior to signing of the Lease Contract.
3. Communicates with concessionaires and prospective applicants. Ensures that all concessionaires/tenants adhere strictly to all the provisions in the Lease Contract and maintains retail standards.
4. Sees to it that problems, inquiries, complaints of concessionaires are attended to immediately to ensure harmonious relationship between management and concessionaires.
5. Conducts regular inspection of all leased premises. Inspects condition of leased premises for proper charging of damages to concessionaire/tenant prior to termination of existing contract. Makes sure that lay-outs and displays of concessionaires conform to pre-approved plans and designs.
6. Continually studies ways and means to improve leasable areas and to maximize profitability of the same. Embarks on studies and research to determine the current trends in commercial establishment administration.
