- Execute projects in China across financial markets including banking, securities, derivatives and asset/wealth management
- Software Engineering for application deployment, implementation and maintenance
- Coordinate on complex activities spanning across multiple virtual and local team in high availability environments
- Work with Tech teams to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modification and devise data governance strategies.
- Create visualization data and preparing analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the steps, and to enable them to make decisions based on the various facts and trends.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree or above; 3 years+ in relevant project execution experience in financial industry
- Proficient in SQL, Linux and Python and coding skills
- Good communication skills - fluent Mandarin & English in both writing and speaking
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills and strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong collaborator with ability to foster relationships effectively with diverse groups across geographies
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Knowledge of network, proxy, Firewall is preferred
- Knowledge of data visualization software like Tableau, Qlik would be an advantage
