About the Role
With customer centric & building up the quality agent force strategies for AIAV in general & for Premier Advisory in particular. We are focus on brand visualization, awareness, management, agent brand building and sales conversion through activation organization & management.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive MKT plan for PA brand with focus on visualization, awareness, and management.
- Implement strategies to enhance agent branding building by creating targeted campaigns and program to attract and retain top performance agents.
- Organize, manage event to drive sales conversion including planning, align with sales and manage event specialist team.
- Manage social/digital campaign and project included content creation direction, social media management, email mkt & creative agency management.
- Conduct research to identify industry trends, TA preferences and competitive activities to inform MKT strategies & tactics
- Monitor & analyze MKT performance metrics and report on key finding.
- Maintain and manage MKT budget, ensuring that all MKT activities are within budget and on time Ad hoc task which assigned by PA Head of MKT
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 year in MKT communication, planning, execution
- Bachelor's degree in MKT communication, business or a related field Experience on MKT event, communication, digital & social campaign
- Experience working with cross functional team & manage multiple campaign at the same time
- Creative thinking and problem -solving abilities
- Strong analytical skill and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Project management skill
- Ability to work independently with supervision
