You will be part of exciting work programmes, that greatly enhance the access to services, income, and the wellbeing of New Zealanders. We want you to help us to continue improving our support systems, making them easier to understand and navigate and providing fair, consistent, accurate and timely support.
We would love to hear from you if you want to:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives to improve income support products, systems, and services. We love to see positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with different people across MSD – you will be part of a cross-functional multi-disciplinary team and will be working with others across our business, around MSD and possibly other agencies, to provide high quality operational advice.
- Contribute and support the delivery of key action plans to enhance client experience by using your excellent communication skills including the ability to present clear, concise documentation.
- Help solve business problems - you will know how to understand and document business needs, processes and advice to deliver solutions and support implementation. We need you to evaluate information, analyse processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Be curious, and enthusiastically look to understand complex issues and research solutions to provide high quality advice
- Demonstrate your ability to work at pace to deliver smart solutions to complex problems and provide pragmatic and effective advice.
- Show your passion to help New Zealanders be safe, strong, and independent and want to share your knowledge and experience. Knowledge of Ministry of Social Development products and services would be an advantage.

Salary range: $75,943.00 - $91,931.00
