Job Responsibilities:
- Formulate, review, enhance human resources and administration policies, procedures to comply with the business strategy and in line with legislative requirements;
- Handle routine maintenance on human resources and administration database and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate;
- Prepare monthly reports, compensation and benefits status, recruiting and onboarding process, attendance, and produce various analytical reports;
- Responsibilities for general office administration functions such as procurement, office equipment maintenance, office safety, insurance, tenancy and service agreements renewal;
- Handle various document application for expatriates and their family members in relation to work and stay in Hong Kong;
- Assist in various company events and people engagement activities; and
- Perform ad-hoc assignments are required.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent;
- Fresh or with relevant experience in human resources and office administration;
- Proficient in MS office applications, especially excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table);
- Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related regulations;
- Strong sense of ownership with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English, including Putonghua.
