We need you to maintain constant communication with management & all operations stakeholder to ensure and develop, implement, and maintain Operations Business Process.
Your Day to Day
- Proper operations of the organization.
- Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization's internal capacity.
- Ensure all systems at the retail store operate smoothly and align with carsome quality standards.
- Monitor retail store daily operations and address potential issues when they arise.
- Preparation of new retail center launch / opening, Creation of Store, Warehouse and
- Parking Lot.
- Provide training / explanation on any system updates to Retail.
- Fleet car transfer - ensure the accurate date and time of car movement prior to list the car to the destined retail.
- Prepare monthly incentive and send to regional operation for verification.
- Coordinate with the HR department to ensure store hiring plans meet our business needs.
- Take into account the needs of external.
What We Need
- At least 5 years of working as manager level in operational area.
- Having an experiences in automotive industry.
- Excellent organization, time management and leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical, decision making, and problem solving.
- Experience in digital marketing and CMS.
- Deep knowledge of making flow charts.
- Auditing and monitoring outputs and data analysis.
- Commercial awareness and a thorough understanding of the competitive environment.
- Experience to manage operational transactions and ensure compliance to policies and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both Bahasa and English).
- Excellent experience in the used car business.
