General Accountability:
The Clinical Account Manager is responsible for promoting and increasing the utilization of TULSA-Pro in existing hospitals and imaging center accounts within the assigned geography. This requires a high-level ability to build a team of physicians, administrators, and staff champions, as well as strong solution-selling skills, and grit to ensure objectives are met on a consistent basis. The Clinical Account Manager is expected to provide an exceptional degree of information and present it to physicians, administrators, & buying teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive market awareness and utilization of TULSA-Pro within an assigned sales territory.
- Participate in the complex sales process into new hospitals, HW, SW, and service upgrades and additional systems into existing hospitals.
- Build clinical and administrative support through presentations, executive meetings, marketing events, and reimbursement support.
- Effectively manage the transition of initial sale and installation to the account management team to drive procedural volume and growth.
- Initiate contact with C suite and senior hospital administrators.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders and deliver an impactful value proposition to make a compelling business case for systems approval and purchase
Education and Certification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Key Attributes (experience, skills and technical knowledge):
- Minimum of 5+ years’ sales experience is preferred in medical equipment and disposable sales
- Proven successful track record in high-value medical disposable sales in the field of robotics or laparoscopic surgery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who excels at working independently and a critical thinker who is skilled at solving problems
- Ability to travel approximately +50%, dependent upon account distribution
- Fluent in English and German
