We are looking for a Guest Relations Supervisor based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Guest Relations Supervisor, we rely on you to:
Understand guest preference and provide quality service
Greet all VIP / Club guests and bit farewell, and provide a smooth and seamless check in and check out experience
Provide F&B service to guests
Handle guests’ enquiries
Actively obtain feedback from guests
Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel’s policies and procedures
Supervise the team and Guest Relations operation and workflow to maximize guests’ satisfaction

We are looking for someone who has:
Minimum of 3 years experience at the Front Office/ Guest Relations in an international class hotel
Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Leadership skills and self-motivated
Able to work independently and under pressure
