HRBP [Sweden]


 

Responsibilities:

As the HRBP, you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to drive the people strategy of the organization. You will play a key role in enhancing employee engagement and driving high-performance culture across the company.

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals and objectives.
  • Coach and advise managers on performance management, talent development, and employee relations issues.
  • Partner with recruitment to attract, hire and retain top talent and create succession plans.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and practices to support business objectives.
  • Facilitate training and development programs for employees and managers to enhance skills and performance.
  • Provide guidance on compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with business goals.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights on employee engagement and retention and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions such as Payroll, Learning and Development, and HR Operations to deliver a seamless HR service to the business.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
  • 7+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years as a HRBP or HR Manager in a high-performing international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
