The impact you'll make
- Internal program and workshop coordination;
- Develop and implement training needs assessment surveys;
- Host our weekly HR Talks and promote training events;
- Improve People Development processes;
- Support with the implementation of Robotic Process Automation for team processes;
- Manage our email account and support our employees with any questions they have about our initiatives.
What You’ll Need
- Student in HR, Psychology, Learning and Development and related courses is preferred;
- You should be enrolled as a full-time student for the entire duration of the internship
- You have an EU citizenship or enrolment in a Dutch university due to work permit regulations
- Good level of English and communication skills;
- Can work both independently and in a team;
- Project management skills is preferred;
- Organization and Problem-solving skills;
- Strong level of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
- Eager and motivated to learn;
- A friendly and open-minded attitude
