Job title: Product Development Assistant/VA
Salary range: 900-1200 USD/month (the salary will depend on the result of the interviews, assessments, and client's approval)
Schedule: UK 9 am - 5 pm (potential review after probation) / 4 PM - 12 AM Philippine time
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Process Improvement:
- Assisting the associate product manager and wider product team in maintaining operational business processes (e.g. Monday boards, Typeforms, automations)
- Identifying opportunities to optimise internal processes + supporting the product team in implementation
- Regular documentation of key processes and workflows (including written, visual, videos, screenshots etc.)
Data Management:
- Collecting, compiling and cleaning data from databases (non-technical)
- Building queries using SQL (technical)
Product Maintenance and Optimisation:
- Rigorous testing of new platform features and bug fixes.
- Assisting the associate product manager with the technical audit of our products, identifying bugs, specifications and requirements for the development team.
- Actioning product updates assigned.
VA Administration:
- Document preparation, daily administration, research tasks, data entry etc.
To deliver the above will include the usual responsibilities and skills of:
- Strong organisational skills, delivering to tight deadlines, strong written and verbal communication skills, time management, ability to work in teams and autonomously, attention to detail etc.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Has experience working with stakeholders
- Familiarity with product design and development tools/processes and project management software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Php82,000.00 per month
