KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify online merchandising, marketing and consumer-usability opportunities. Assist in the preparation of actionable project briefs to escalate internally, and subsequently with applicable teams.
- Responsible for impacting and improving customer experience at Coupang.com, SSG.com and other partner eCommerce sites. Optimize and administer ongoing strategy and process to continuously optimize the user experience and our brand/product visibility.
- Be the owner of great front-end and back-end data catering to the unique system needs of our retail eCommerce partners.
- Own the process of item setup and transition. Maintain partner-facing forms, templates & content processes to improve partner acceptance.
- Ensure acceptance of data through testing, review and usability analyses.
- Work with internal and external teams to add content to new and established partner sites; maintain a push process with retailer teams.
- Perform keyword research and competitive research to optimize brand, product and category presence across the retail eCommerce landscape using all available levers: digital marketing, data optimization, merchandising recommendations, promotions, etc.
- Coordinate and execute ad hoc eCommerce projects with Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT and retail partners as required, including drop ship projects.
PROFICIENCIES
- Order intake and placement process –
- Build Customer Profiles and keep updating
- Manage item specification and price list for each client
- Closely work with account manager to book orders with Production Team
- Follow up with Korea customer to receive their individual requirement and work closely with account manager to deliver organized information on time
- Business Management support –
- Account Receivable – Work with customers & internal Finance team to collect account receivable on time & taking care of any transaction issues
- Keep clear, concise documentation of customer communications regarding orders and maintain files for future reference
- Customer Service -
- Follow up with customers’ QA team for any complaints with internal team and support Sales Manager for claim settlement
- Follow up with customers for all the orders, packaging, delivery & etc.
- Customer Compliance –
- Secure and distribute customer compliance manuals to appropriate departments.
- Review all packaging requirements in POs and assure compliance.
- Reconcile all credit and claims.
- Logistics–
- Clearly understand customer shipping window’s and communicate to Production Team and Logistics Team.
- Work with Logistics Team and QA team on any re-work orders that need to be processed at warehouse.
- Business Management –
- Account Receivable – Work with customers & internal Finance team to collect account receivable on time & taking care of any transaction issues
- Keep clear, concise documentation of customer communications regarding orders to keep on file for future reference
- Marketing support
- Provide recent go-to market assets to customers
- Work on official website update and product detail page development
- Collect necessary product and marketing information and support translation in Stanley brand language
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCES
- 4-year degree required. MBA Preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in the consumer goods industry or project management preferred.
- Good in oral and written English
- Reports to: Korea Sales manager
