Context :
To support and accelerate our global growth, focusing on the development of the Telecom Markets in Germany is a strategic priority for the Business Unit Telecom Systems.
Purpose :
Based in Germany (remote or Mönchengladbach site) with the need for travel, you are responsible for selling all Telecom Systems products, services and solutions in Germany.
You have an in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, and excels at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. You are a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills.
Main responsibilities :
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach in Germany, accordingly to Sales and Commercial Margin targets
- Meet with existing and potential clients to grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
- Identify Projects and Prospects that will generate profitable business in the short, mid and long-term
- Identify Trends and Opportunities for the medium term (2 to 5 years)
- Responsible for the offer from RFQ to payment
- Provide Germany customer and market information within the company
Required qualifications:
- Technical, engineering or commercial education
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the sale of technical products for Telecom or industry (Telecom, electromechanical components (e.g. connectors), IT, cable, security technology, etc…)
- Used to work in an International Environment
Required skills:
- Fluent in German and English
