1. Manage and coordinate RCF ,Chemprep and Drum Pulper operation. 2. Manage furnish feeding quality and ratio. 3. Coordinate and oversee the feeding operation in accordance to targeted standard in terms of brightness, ash, contaminant level, ratio, grade and etc. 4. Coordinate and oversee the quality preparation . 5. To coordinate production trial activities as and when required by Management. 6. RCF Plant Productivity and Yield monitoring. 7. Day to day operation issues follow-up and action item. 8. Start up / shut down planning and coordination. 9. Lost production reporting and action items follow-up. 10. Operating and chemical Cost monitoring. 11. Down time and up time monitoring. 12. RCF Team member development. 13. Safety environment and control. 14. Machine reliability. 15. Operation consumable. 16. Contractor handling.
