We are looking for experienced debt collection and utility advisors!

Experience:
- Minimum | 1 year debt collection experience in a UK/BPO contact centre environment.
- Additional utilities experience (Gas or Energy) is advantageous.
Education:
- Minimum | Completed Grade 11
Requirements:
- NB! Clear Credit and Criminal Record.
- IR Clear
- Brilliant command of the English language
- Being a customer centric individual (empathy and sympathy skills)
- Certificate of Service, Confirmation of employment and/or Two Contactable References from previous work experience.
