We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Dunedin on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to work for a well-established and respected organisation that values its employees and provides a supportive work environment.

This is a part time role of 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Hours of work are 9am to 3pm.

Role responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior management and other staff as required
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Respond to enquiries from staff, customers, and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform other duties as required by the management team

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • Experience in a fast paced and varied administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Full and clean drivers licence
